Welcome to my site!

Hey there, fellow traveler of the information superhighway! Welcome to my little corner of the web. This is where I ramble about two of my favorite things: PLAYING games and MAKING games, especially ones that use *procedural generation*!

Expect random thoughts, half-baked ideas, and maybe, just maybe, something cool once in a while. Under Const!

About Me

I'm just a dude who loves getting lost in virtual worlds. From old-school RPGs to the latest indie gems, if it's got interesting mechanics, I'm probably checking it out.

But what *really* gets my gears turning is the magic of procedural generation.Ive only recently gotten interested into coding however i already love doing it. Every game you will see from me was made possible by my loving girlfriend. Ive still got a lot to learn but i do hope you join us on this journey of learning and enjoy the stuff we make in the future.

My Games!! (Experiments)

Okay, "games" might be a strong word. These are more like my digital playgrounds where I experiment with procgen ideas. Don't expect polished masterpieces, but hopefully, you'll find the concepts interesting!

Monster Realm (Ongoing Project!)

This is my current big project! I'm trying to build a world filled with unique, procedurally generated creatures. You can explore, maybe eventually capture them? Who knows! It's all about the generation right now. Each update we hope to add many new things for you to do so stay tooned.

It's VERY early days, lots is broken, textures are missing, but you can check out the latest build here:

---> Enter the Monster Realm! <---

(Warning: May contain placeholder graphics and unexpected behavior! Requires a modern browser... probably.)

More experiments coming soon... Hopefully! W.I.P.

ProcGen Corner

Why procedural generation? Because it's like having an infinite box of digital LEGOs! You set the rules, and the computer builds amazing, unexpected things.

  • Random dungeons that are different every time!
  • Weird creatures no human artist would think of!
  • Vast landscapes generated from a simple seed number!
  • Endless possibilities! (Or endless bugs, depending on the day...)

I'm learning a lot about Perlin noise, cellular automata, L-systems... it's fascinating stuff! I'll post thoughts and maybe code snippets here when I figure something cool out.
